Gold Valuation Executive

What You Will Do
As a Gold Valuation Executive, you will assist our senior valuation team in assessing gold jewellery, coins and other items brought in by customers. This includes supporting the physical inspection process, helping maintain accurate and transparent documentation, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to honesty and fairness.
You will work closely with experienced team members to learn the fundamentals of gold assessment under supervision, while also assisting customers with clear, courteous communication throughout the valuation process. Over time, you will build familiarity with our internal processes for pricing transparency and customer documentation.
This role suits individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable working directly with customers, and eager to build a long-term career in the gold buying and valuation industry.
